Another chance?

Slightly more than 1mth ago, i had applied for the post of pilot or WSO through the RSAF website once again under the encouragement of babe. It is my second application after the initial one prior to my NS stint was rejected and to me this is just me taking yet another shot at a dream of mine. Yes it may seem far fetched but i really admire pilots and wished i was like them. I can recount going crazy as the fighter jets whizz by during national day parade, cheering and screaming away. Theres also the fact that i will always make it a point to attend the numerous air force open house as well as the air shows just to get a glimpse of the magnificant flying machines. Well, thats just me, going all gaga over the roar of the afterburners. So back to my application...... one month on, i still hadn't received anything so i presumed that it was a goner since they didn't state that they would contact applicants regardless of whether they were successful or not. But guess what! I received a letter from them telling me to go down to CMPB for the pilot computerised test! Imagine the amount of joy i had upon opening up the letter. Though it may not be a letter informing me that i am recruited as a pilot, to me, it still is a possible chance for me to become one. So yep, i'll be heading over to take my test but i won't put so much faith in it. Afterall, whether i advance to the next level or not, it is still an experience to me and at least i can say that i tried=). Well, for this part, i'll have to give credit to babe, for believeing in me and encouraging me to apply no matter what the outcome may be. Thanks! I owe it to you and i really appreciate it.
